Here’s the lineup for the 5 course sushi dinner on the 31st of December!

Amuse: Salmon, cilantro, red onion, avocado wrapped in jalapeno topped with ponzu

First course: Pork belly udon noodle soup with enoki mushrooms and scallion

Second course: Uni, Jonah crab claw and asparagus salad with a shiso lime hollandaise foam

Third course: Japanese curry with braised oxtail over fingerling potatoes + carrots topped with celery
Fourth Course: Spicy salmon and crispy salmon skin maki topped with avocado, maple teriyaki, sriracha and sesame seeds
Dessert: Ginger, lavender creme brulee
$50 including tax, not including gratuity
